At Le Planka Interiors, we follow a structured and professional process to ensure every project is planned properly, manufactured accurately, and installed to a high standard. From the first consultation to the final handover, we work closely with our clients to create spaces that are functional, modern, and built with attention to detail.
1. Client Consultation
Every project starts with a conversation.
Clients usually contact us to discuss their space, ideas, inspirations, requirements, and budget expectations. During this stage, we gather as much information as possible to understand the client’s vision and overall project goals.

2. Site Visit & Measurements
Once initial discussions are complete, we arrange a site visit.
During the site visit, we:
• Take accurate measurements
• Assess the space layout
• Check plumbing and electrical positioning
• Evaluate structural details
• Discuss design possibilities with the client
Accurate measurements are extremely important because they form the foundation of the entire project.
3. Design Phase
After measurements are completed, we move into the design stage.
This process usually takes between 3 to 5 working days, depending on the size and complexity of the project.
During this phase, we create professional kitchen or interior designs that allow the client to visualise the final outcome before manufacturing begins.
Please note:
Design work is charged separately.
This is because the design process requires time, planning, revisions, technical detailing, and professional visual development.
The design phase ensures both the client and our team are aligned before moving forward with production.
4. Quotation & Approval
Once the design is completed, we prepare a detailed quotation based on the approved concept, selected materials, finishes, and project scope.
The quotation outlines:
• Materials
• Hardware
• Installation
• Project scope
• Pricing breakdown
• Estimated timelines
After reviewing the quotation, the client can proceed with approval to move the project into production.
5. Material Ordering
After approval and deposit confirmation, we begin sourcing and ordering all required materials for the project.
This may include:
• Boards and cabinetry materials
• Countertops
• Hardware and fittings
• Accessories
• Finishing materials
We carefully select materials that match the approved design specifications and quality standards.
6. Manufacturing
Once materials arrive, the manufacturing process begins.
This stage includes:
• Precision cutting
• Assembly
• Edge finishing
• Hardware preparation
• Quality inspections
Every component is prepared carefully to ensure clean finishing, proper fitting, and long term durability.
7. Installation
After manufacturing is completed, we move to on site installation.
Our installation process focuses on:
• Accurate fitting
• Clean workmanship
• Proper alignment
• Professional finishing
• Functional testing
We aim to complete installations efficiently while maintaining high quality standards throughout the process.
8. Final Handover
Once installation is complete, we conduct a final inspection with the client to ensure everything meets expectations.
During handover, we:

• Address final touch ups if needed
